This product is a cup of soup packet, not a soup packet. Very disappointed as this is a large difference and the information provided is not accurate.

Use less water for fuller flavor
Pity I didn't have any beets to add to this soup for even more robust flavor. I found that at 1-1/3 cup I got intense flavor and dollop of sour cream was nice. I enjoyed the soup and it recalls memories. The taste isn't for all but really nice for me.

Have you ever tired to make barszcz the traditional way??? I did... and I have no idea how my grandma ever managed it, for 10 people! This is a perfect substitute for those 5 long days. It's quick, super easy, and we have it a lot more than just on Christmas Eve.
