The team at Chilli Seating is quite amazing. I’ve bought the chair, but accidentally ordered the wrong chair. The team at Chilli Seating contacted me after requesting a refund that I could change some parts of the chair to make it the chair I wanted, but also offering a refund if I decided to not take the chair.
