This olive oil is great for both cooking and eating. I purchase on repeat every 2-3 months.

This is really an excellent oil and I will be buying it in the future. It has a grassy taste that livens all the dishes where I use it. There is a slightly peppery end, but just right. I like the container, which is like that of boxed wine where it is dispensed without air entering the container. My one complaint is that, like boxed wines, I wish it had a hand opening on the top or the sides of the box for holding it while you are dispensing the oil. I could remedy this by transferring some to a bottle but I don't like good oil sitting around in a half empty bottle. I definitely recommend this oil and have given some to friends. I must say too that I like to support American olive oil producers, especially since some of the foreign oils have a dubious composition. This oil is labeled with the production date.

Flavor of olive oil is wonderful and actually very good value since you get a lot of premier olive oil that you can use to refill.Makes per ounce price very reasonable.

This olive oil is very mild. The flavor is like green grass, with an afterburn at the back of the throat. There is no bitterness, which I appreciate. However, I wish it had more olive flavor. I'm also not a fan of the packaging, which is a bag in a box; it makes it awkward to pour.

Very tasty and great quality. The package came soaked from the rain so we took it out of the box and emptied into a tin so I cannot comment as to the quality of the box/bag or spout otherwise, really good olive oil. We will definitely be making this our regular.

I was looking for reasonably priced California arbequina olive oil. So glad I found this. Really nice grassy flavor, with peppery finish. Definitely will be back for more.

we were fortunate enough to have tasted this oil while on our anniversary up in Snow Mass Village...after we mentioned to our waiter that this was the best oil ever he brought us the container....then allowed us to mark down name etc... we immediately went to Amazon to place initial order.... FYI we have since ordered twice again!
