I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my interaction with this item and the Ecologic company.After ordering this item, I installed it above my front door, which is covered by a porch. It receives sunlight, but probably not the optimal amount yet I only intended to have it on the basic setting (off until activated by movement). Unfortunately, due to a design issue, once the battery had been exhausted, the lamp would forget what setting it was on and would stay off until it was charged and then put back on the original setting. This became a nuisance so I decided to contact the company about my dilemma.Robert promptly replied to my email and explained the design defect and made some suggestions to improve the situation, but furthermore, also offered to replace the model with a similar larger paneled lamp that has specific modes (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01F9WYHPW) free of charge without having to return the previous model. I was honestly shocked at the offer, but gladly took it and have since swapped out the lamps and it has been working flawlessly ever since.In short, I wanted to thank Robert again and made sure to write this review to let others know that you're dealing with an incredibly grateful company that deserves your business.

This is my third one we purchased and they all were a breeze to install. All I did was hang a nail and hook the light on to it. We had a hurricane come through this past fall and none of the lights blew off. The third one didn't work and company refunded my money immediately; however I wish I could get a replacement, instead of a refund. That is how much i like the lights. I only downfall is, I wish i purchased warm white, instead of cool white.

Recently moved, and our porch light is just to dim. So we bought this to help with bringing light onto our porch at night. The light itself is very small and was really easy to install! For its size, it actually produces a decent amount of light, I was actually surprised how bright it is. Also the motion detector works really well.I would but this again if i needed another one!

My daughter installed simply and quickly with the included 3M tape, set it on the Glimmer setting #2 and has a low light now and bright on approach for this formerly pitch black alley on approach to her college apartment. Brighter than imagined and that's fantastic!

I've had a really good experience with this light. It's just as bright as another 28-LED light I have. It also seems to have a warmer white light than the other unit. I like that this light can be set to stay off unless motion is detected.

This little light is amazing! Installation is a breeze and it is amazingly bright and senses motion from a good distance away! I highly recommend this product!

These are great. The area south of the house was in need of lights. These lights worked out nicely.
