- 1. Mix 1 packet of Del iBen Curry Laksa Paste in 15ml boiling water.2. Add in 15ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut and 1g fried tofu. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low heat.3. Blanch 6g fresh yellow noodle and 6g beans sprouts, divide into 6 portion and put in 6 big bowls. Add a slice of cooked meat and fish balls, ¿ hard-boiled egg and some mint leaves on each bowl of noodles.4. Pour hot curry laksa soup into the bowl of noodles and serve it hot.
