Sound is good but keeps ringing in bag even when not turned on, sometimes it rings at midnight finally we kept in box as we could turn it off!

I had to throw it away as it started shouting in the middle of the night unprovoked. Couldn't stop no matter what I did. So had to throw it away. I was hearing the noise from. The street all night.

Totally useless product. Not working. And damaged product received. Unfortunately I couldn't get time to check it and now return window is closed.unable to return. I bought for my kid security reason.

Alarm started ringing at night on its own. It was not shutting off even after pressing the stop button. Had to immerse it in water to stop the shrieking sound.

i bought this alarm key chain. it was very efficient in the beginning. after few months, the alarm does nt ring anymore.. waste of money.pls don't buy

I do like very much and it is very secur for a women who walk outside alone.

This alarm was deliver on time and really works. I’ve attached it to my key chain and I accidentally pushed the alarm button while it was in my purse. Boy is it loud!

The alarm is handy and easy to turn on and off. I also like the whistle. I keep it on hand when walking for unruly animals/dogs.

My wife and I live in Chicago and have bought these personal alarms for a few years (back to when they were branded "Vigilant" instead of "Mace").Even though they are a bit ugly, they work better (in terms of reliability and loudness) than the trendy-looking brands with the pull-out alarm mechanisms.TIP: To avoid the alarm button accidentally being pushed in your pocket or purse, tape the plastic strip that comes with the alarm and duck tape it over the button as a cover.
