This Chinese medicine was what my veterinarian recommended for my dog who developed hormonal incontinence at age 4. I get it from him in a granular form which I think is best absorbed. I buy the tablets to use in case I run out of the other and have to wait while the vet orders it for me. It is very effective in controlling the problem. She is now 8 1/2. She takes the Chinese medicine together with a Standard Process formula that is essentially hormone replacement.

My dog became so incontinent I thought she might have to be put down as I couldn’t imagine just leaving her outside 24/7 and she peed anytime she laid down, I mean it was constant. After 3 days with this crushed in her food, she stopped being incontinent 100%. She hasn’t had an accident since. This is not a fake review, this worked for us. Like anything, it may not work for everyone.

I was giving this to my dog for incontinence and this was my third time buying it. Upon pulling it out of the box, I see it now has a California Prop 65 warning about it containing lead. Returning it.

these seemed to make her worse rather than better .. ?

Good product, what I expected

Our Labrador is still very active hunts at 10. But this summer our other Lab started pestering her as if she was in heat which being spayed she can’t be. He was so obnoxious to her. Her DVM said it’s cause she now has an urinary incontence problem. I did not care to put her on the prescription as it had been banned by the FDA for human use so we contacted a Holistic DVM who recommended this. It seemed to work as Loverboy is no longer hounding her night and day. She’s also on a cranberry supplement. It took about a 10 days with the first noticeable change within 4 days.
