Poster Palooza 13x13 Frame Black Solid Wood Picture Square Frame Includes UV Acrylic, Foam Board Backing & Hanging Hardware

I was excited to get this frame, then was immediately disappointed. For those new to frames, $35 is wayyyy too overpriced for their 17x17 frame. I'm an artist and art hoarder. I own probably 100+ frames in various sizes from different vendors. Here are my issues with this:-The wood doesn't look like wood; it has more of a matte metal finish.-The wood does not feel sturdy; it feels more like particle board.-Sloppy paintwork on the frame and visible glue in corners.-The plastic/plexiglass attracts EVERYTHING. I do prefer plexiglass because it's more lightweight, but I've never had so many issues with it essentially being a magnet for all things airborne like this is.-For $35, just install the hardware before shipping. It's literally just one sawtooth hanger. The frame is a square. Not difficult mathematics.The simple reason I'm not returning this:-I cannot find a 17x17 frame anywhere else. (I did not want to mat my piece to fit a more standard sized frame.)Suggestion: Consider lowering the price a good $15.

My frame arrived in only two days after 5-7 days was predicted. It came priority and carefully packaged. The frame itself is just perfect and is a hard to find 9x9 size! It now holds my 3d diamond painting project. The clear front piece was covered on both sides with a blue protected film. It has a firm insert to hold my picture, and the back is held in place with several metal tabs. It includes a tabletop stand flap and a tack in brace to he ysed with a nail on the wall. I am very, very pleased with my frame😀

So this is a great frame, really. I love it. It came with everything I needed (foam board, hanging equipment) to frame my family photo. I love that the “glass” is more of a plexiglass that does not show fingerprints. It looks like real glass though! The size was perfect and I am super impressed by the quality. I would definitely buy this again.

Purchased the 20x20 frame for a handkerchief souvenir I purchased a few years ago. Frame is a decent size and fit my handkerchief perfectly, but I’m unhappy with the quality of it all. Paid over $30 for this, and the frame is definitely cheap, flimsy, and not up to par with how much I paid. The “glass” seems plastic, the wood is VERY cheap and I can break it with a flip of my fingers. The blue protective films on the glass were irritating to remove. The worst part of this frame aside from the cheap quality of the wood and glass is the BACKING! They are TINY and STURDY! The tips of my fingers were very bruised and I almost lost three nails just trying to get the backing tabs off so that I can put my handkerchief into the frame. I wish they were those backings were you can easily slide them. This HURTS and I would DEFINITELY RETURN if it wasn’t for then hassle and danger implications of this pandemic! Frame is not worthy the money since it’s flimsy and difficult to use! I felt like I was going to break the glass when I had to forcibly pop the cheap FOAM backing and glass out of the frame. Ridiculous that they just stuck a sheet of white foam paper behind the glass and very tiny studs to keep everything in place.

I ordered the frame based on the moulding width of 0.5625" as listed in the product description because I needed a skinny frame. However, the actual moulding width turned out to be 0.75". The overall dimensions were listed as 17.5625x17.5625", but the actual size was 18.25x18.25".Other than that, the frame itself is well packaged and well built. There were no loose corners, and the frame felt light but sturdy. Backing material was also solid. Mine arrived with a few minor scratches on one corner in the front, noticeable up close but not from a few feet away.

This frame is exactly what I’ve been looking for! 16x16 frames are super hard to find in stores where I typically shop for frames, so I’m glad Amazon was there for me with this! The packaging comes with a lot of protection for the frame. I didn’t have any problems removing the blue protective film from the glass either! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how the product arrived as well as how it looks with my picture and on the wall! :)

I had a terrible time trying to find affordable frames that matched in 20x20 and 16x20. This seller was practically the only one and the process were great. However it took three tries to get frames that were not noticibly damaged or put together skew. I wasn't demanding perfection, but one had a corner bashed in and one was so off that the corner was protruding nearly half a centimeter.Finally I have three frames whose flaws are not glaring, and they look great for what I needed. But the time and effort to sort it all out was so painful that I had to deduct stars for the wild variations in quality. I would not recommend ordering these without prime shipping, as the only thing that saved me was Amazon's customer service.

I don't usually write reviews but I was shocked enough by the quality of this frame to log in and write one. Wow! Amazing quality for $30! I was expecting something a bit more basic. This frame makes my poster look and feel like I had it professionally framed. Excellent choice!
