Works well, bad screws, look at texture closely
As others have stated the screws are junk if used in wood. They are probably fine if used with the plastic wall anchors though I doubt anchors will last very long. I had 2 screws shear off in oak that was pre-drilled. The opening function works well. Look closely at the texture in the photo, it is exactly what you get. It's shiny chrome but because the surface is textured like cast iron it's not as shiny as it could be. I prefer brushed nickel and this was brighter than I wanted but it worked. Excellent valve for under $20.

Could not be happier !

Good Opener bad Screws
Openers are good and seem like a decent price, but the screws are bad. I had both screws break in half on the second use. Used these on beer caddies, and I'm glad I tested it out before giving these out as presents. Replaced all the screws and all seems to be good. Opener doesn't require tilting beverage to the point where it spills when opening, would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the screws.

Solid bottle openers, and they work, but the finish is more of a shiny nickel than brushed, and the mounting screws that came with these were s#*%. Two screw heads broke off halfway into my boards. I had to redrill holes and use my own screws.

Looks nothing like the photo! Buyer beware!
These are not the same bottle openers pictured, I used to buy from indie craft supply back when they were still in business in Pennsylvania. Those openers were great quality and a very fair price. These are cheap stamped metal and look nothing like the photo.
