I've used many different fat burners in my life. I definitely saw the difference in my physique when I switched to these instead of using weight loss pills. If you're intent is to cut-up, make sure the supplement points out the important information this does such as Fat Burning (not weight loss), muscle preservation etc.If you don't cut carbs and fat intake, don't blame the supplement for your lack of results. Nutrition is 90% of your results.

I have tried several fat burners over the last 10 years. I am pleased to write a review and endorse Insane Burn. I weighed about 190 lbs when starting and now weigh 172. That's the most weight loss I've ever experienced using a fat burner. As a disclaimer, I am a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and I care about what is in these products. This is a clean product with proven ingredients to help burn fat first and give you the energy needed to complete a workout. I am guilty of not working out as much lately but that is because I have had to work more than usual. Given that, and the fact I've lost about 18lbs, I couldn't be happier with this product.

I used this product and lost about 9 lbs. in 3 days which I attribute to water loss. I felt the energy but it broke me out really badly. I am trying the product again, however I may need to drink more water to flush everything out so I don't break out again. Fingers crossed.
