Fantastic bit of kit, great power, the Lance is a bit fiddly to connect up the 2 halves, first few times it blasted off🤣🤣 but if you ignore the instructions and twist until it locks it’s fine. Great accessories for the price and not too noisy compared to another yellow device I had for 20 years, just hope this lasts as long,

Unit is powerful and easy to assembled. Patio cleaner harder to use than a karcher . I bought this unit as the hose and power lead roll up making ideal for storage in small locationAs a whole good value for money.

This pressure washer is incredibly effective - does all and more of what it is supposed to do. It was easy to use - no hassle whatsoever.

I was so undecided wether to get a jet washer as only have some slabs - 30yrs old now .. Has you can imagine they were filthy so took the plunge .. I do not regret at all this product is fantastic .. Not only is it a sturdy machine it’s easy to put together and use . I used the wand wasnt to clever with patio cleaner bit that came with it tho .. Saying this i would definitely recommended without a doubt .. I paid on 5 monthly payments plan .. I also clean my dustbins and wall that had got chalk on .. 10/10

The washer , when assembled works well. However, the 2 pieces of the lance are difficult to put together and now after 3 sessions cannot be separated. So now will not be able to use the patio cleaner fluid or the brush. The 2 spray nozzles are also difficult to get off the end of the lance, it took me 1/2 an hour of jiggling , pushing and pulling to remove one of the nozzles.The instruction booklet was confusing, not in a logical order and the illustrations poor.

Very impressed ! Works really well, cleaned a very dirty ( green winter moss) patio and pathway .Clear assembly instructions.I have had karcher in the past , and I can say that at more than £100 cheaper than its equivalent model I can honestly say that this Stanley machine is great!Highly recommended

Very disappointed with this Stanley Jet Washer, I found it hard to put together as the lance components don't fit together properly with very loose connections which move rather than clicking & staying in place; This causes the lance joints to turn as you are using the jet washer. The other main issue is that the foam applicator bottle simply keeps falling off the end of the lance with the pressure of the water regardless of how many times you try to adjust it or reconnect it. You also have to remove part of the lance to attach the bottle which takes an excessive amount of force to separate & is not user friendly at all. I contacted Stanley customer services online to express my concerns & received NO response. Overall I would NOT recommend this product & I have been forced to order another jet washer machine from different company, so I have had to pay twice to get a useable machine. The only positives are equipment stowage & the patio cleaner head, although the lance isn't long enough, so will give you backache with prolonged use.
