Sound quality is not good and also no clarity... noise cancelation is not working.... renewed product...?

Excellent for mobile but useless for laptop
It is incompatible to my Dell latitude laptop. But it works very nice in mobile. Excellent quality mic. But you can't monitor the recording because for that you will need a headphone. So, it's useless for recording and zoom meeting, video conferencing, or screen recording. It has a limited and specific use that is for audio recording for which it does an excellent job for the price.
