Was a little skeptical about this and looked up the company which had an address that looked like a post office box at a dollar store strip mall. It turns out this company is the real deal and this is real equipment.The first one arrived and seemed to be defective, the blue 'active' light never came on. Then I got worried.Customer service for RMA was prompt and friendly, shipping was free.Second one arrived and did operate correctly so that's goodThe instructions say follow the startup sequence exactly or the warranty is void.Also they say don't operate at too many pulses between stopping for cool-down or the warranty is void.Also don't drop the laser wand or the warranty is void - have to be careful with this instrument.With all that said, it does deliver the laser pulse. To verify it's working fire it at the carbon test strip a few times and you will see that there is a visible mark on it and some pulses will emit smoke from the test strip.I've not had it in operation long enough to know if this is helping with the nail fungus treatment but will keep using it and see how the treatment progresses.

I ordered a DM 9051 for toenail fungus. It is a laser, but not powerful enough to handle toenail fungus. I returned the DM 9051 to Allied Engineering Solutions which took about a month to accomplish. I exchanged it for an IPL 750 which also did not work. I received Amazon’s portion of my refund almost immediately, but have not gotten my upcharge for the IPL machine, and it has been 2 1/2 months. I would not recommend this product for toenail fungus, nor would I recommend this company, they seem very shady. Different company names, it takes 2 weeks to a month to get any response to emails, their customer service is non-existent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH REGARDING RETURNS!

Just used on a few people thus far, will need some time to give a proper review. So far easy to use zaps, warts and nail fungus, we shall see my results.

Did not work for toe fungus save your money
