Been using it on many types of bottom and multi hook depth rigs. Not a single nibble...EVER! What should I think? I have better success with plain hot dogs catching Catfish from 1/2lb up the biggest sonfar of 6lbs and what a fighter that one was!

Well the bait stays on as they describe. Unfortunately it never comes off your hook. Fished it for several hours without a bite. But it does stay on your hook.

I bought several Catfish Bait products, including this one. I took four fishing poles and put a different Catfish Bait on each line: then cast them a few yards apart in the same freshwater bay.... This happened every day for a week..This one stays on the hook the best of all of them... But I never received a single nibble from any sort of fish. In fact, at the end of the day I would take off the bait and toss it into two feet of water: near the bank I was fishing from. After an entire week of fishing - this bait produced NO BITES of any kind, and the discarded bait tossed in the water each night was still sitting in the water under the bank. NOTHING ATE IT after a week of being in the water....Product producer: Add some garlic and stink scent - the fish don't like the product... At least fish around here don't. Steve - in Nebraska

Tried really hard with this bait. Maybe it was the blood flavor but the catfish weren’t feeling it.

Two stars for its true, it does stay on the hook, but never got a bite on it with rod and reel. It has no smell to it, and catfish love things that smell. Also seems to have a lot of wax in it. If it had a good smell it might work, cause it does stay on any hook.
