Bovine gelatin is big a plus (as opposed to pork), nice mix of epa/dha. I take on an empty stomach most days, no issues with fishy you know what. Its a good sized capsule but I only take one a day. I think I detect some vanilla on the capsule - I dont love that but I dont hate it either.

No Fishy Side Effects
As the other reviews indicated, there is absolutely no fishy aftertaste or burping with this product. This is the first fish oil product that I can actually stomach with NO yucky side effects! I have now put this on a monthly subscription!

Great Product and Essential in my diet
Doctor insisted I get back on Omega 3 Fish Oil and Athena did the job. I also believe it is contributing to lowering my A1-C.
