This is a terrible product. Instructions are written in very poor English. Even the picture of the product and labeling of the various buttons is wrong. It is irresponsible for Amazon to sell this dangerous device, which is tantamount to putting a lit cigarette to your skin.

Can't stand going to the Doctor. Not that I don't like the Doctor I just don't like the scheduling appointment, going to the doctor, waiting for the doctor, rinse and repeat. And for some reason over the years I've started getting skin tags. This product can get rid of them.I'm not going to say this is for everyone. It's painful (like being pinched) and uncomfortable but if you don't want to go to the Doctor it's great.

I love this little skin tag remover. I have started by working on some of the age spots on my hands. It is easy to control this devise and be precise. I follow up with a lidocaine spray so there is no residual pain. The initial zap is only slightly stinging but very tolerable.

This is a superior product with great packaging. Easy to follow instructions, easy to use with amazing results. Much cheaper and faster than going to doctor, plus with Covid, much safer in my opinion. Very happy with purchase.

I got this to remove some spots on my leg. It comes with everything you need to do this in the private of your home. I like that the instruments come already sterilized. before you start you need to read the instructions and watch the video. I like that it has the different types of ends. It has 12 levels and I only use it on the weakest level. It works great I'm very pleased with how it works. It has a clear display on what level gu ou hgv ace. It has a Uv light and another light you can use while you doing the spot. I'm happy to be able to do this myself and not have to go to the dr. It works well just be careful. It holds a long charge. You get a great price for it. its well made and very durable materials.

I was excited to receive it, i fully charged it and it never turned on. I reread the instructions which were easy but again and again I tried turning it on but NOTHING! Biggest disappointment!

I used this product with a skin numbing cream on a mole located on my arm. Using only level 3 and lightly grazing the top of the mole, I treated it In less than 5 minutes. There was very little pain, if you could even call it that, with the procedure. It seemed to be exactly what I had paid doctors in the past to do, and it worked just as well (from home). No appointments, no copays,no problems! I love this device!

I've had this little device for about a week. I am very impressed with it. I have a lot of Keratosis spots and large moles that are hanging on like skin tags. With this device you get 2 pointed tips and 2 tips that are more flat on the end. The strength of the "zap" goes from 1 ( lowest) to 12. I've been using the flat tips, at a 7 setting, to remove the Keratosis on my face. I can immediately see part of the Keratosis turning black. I'm doing this very slowly. I wait 1-2 days between treatments. I've treated one of my " mole tags" but I'm still figuring out the best combo of tip & setting to see what works best for me. Now, this is not pain free. You can buy numbing cream, I most likely will eventually. There is a distinct burning smell. It will take a long time to remove all my little "flaws", but at least I have found something that gives me hope. Do not be afraid to try this device, whether you have a few spots or a lot.
