It is comfortable. I needed something after a hip replacement and this worked very well.

I had bought two different Lumbar support cushions. They were both good. I just kept the other one.

As someone else wrote, it appears to become flat easily, not providing enough support.Nevertheless, it worked for me: after 12 hours in the car, I could tell the difference.Highly recommended.

it made my back hurt worse. it way to thick and way too soft. i was too excited for the support to get here but i am so disappointed will have to return.

Very nice cushion. Just the right softness. If you need a black cushion to put unobtrusively on a desk chair, I'd recommend the SimplePosture which I also bought.

This is a good quality cushion, very soft and very well made but if you need extra support in the small of your back (or slightly lower) then this might not do the job. The cushion is concave shape and when I tried it out I felt like I needed to shove something else down behind me in order to get the support I need. Sadly I've had to return it and I'm going to try the Medipaq lumbar roll cushion instead.

I am a bus driver - some of the seats on the buses are really uncomfortable for me. it's weird as most of drivers i spoke to do not have this problem - but as soon as i sit down - it feels really uncomfortable. as i'm sitting down for almost 8 hours driving - you can imagine the discomfort turns into severe pain. it became so bad that i was considering leaving the job. so i thought i'd look into buying a cushion of some sort to help. i must admit - at first i did not believe anything could helpme. i bought this product 2 days ago. at first i didn't feel any affects. but as my journey went on that day - i realised the discomfort was no longer there. i could not believe it. it's been 2 days and touch wood - my back feels so much more relieved. that awkward discomfort i was getting - is no longer there!!!!!

Bought 2 of these - one is great but the other is not so good (hence only 3 star rating) because the cover is too tight which makes the memory foam go all out of shape inside. Very comfortable for your back.

NOT SUITABLE FOR ME AS NOT FIRM ENOUGH BUT PROBABLY GOOD FOR MOST PEOPLE, QUALITY SEEMED GOOD WORTHY OF 4 STARS FOR OTHERS. JUST WISH I COULD GET A TRUELY FIRM SUPPORT.
