Q: Is this product made in China?

This product is in fact mfg. in China. It was once called Aicok and the only thing Mueller did was change the front label to "Mueller". My first Aicok lasted 5 months before the pump failed. One replacement leaked on start-up and the other did last 24 months before failing. I bought the Mueller because of the marketing ploy (Austria) and was shocked when I received it to find it was identical to the Aicok with the name change. I did purchase the extended service plan this time.

Q: What are the actual dimensions of the product, not the packaging?

Very compact. 8.5 in. front to back, 4.5 in. wide, 9.5 in. tall.

Q: For those who have had this for awhile- does it still make HOT coffee?

I have the original 10 oz. capacity version of the coffeemaker, not the updated version with the larger water tank currently shown in the photo. My small-footprint 10 oz. capacity coffeemaker has been working great for the 2 months I've owned it, coffee comes out piping hot and is also plenty hot after adding a dash of refrigerated coffee creamer. Very pleased with the unit, hopefully it will remain reliable and trouble-free.
