This belt is AWESOME!
This belt is AWESOME! And believe me, I have tried them all. It doesn't have special bottles that break and then you have to buy a whole new belt. It fits a large (or small) bottle securely, because after all, that's why you have a hydration belt, right, not for a few sips of water. Also, I have an iPhone 6s Plus and it fits, WITH THE CASE. Lastly, the belt is strong and snug so all this stuff is not bouncing around like crazy. I rarely write reviews, but I LOVE this belt. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Pretty great for the most part.
I really like this belt, but if I run with a full water bottle, it bounces around a bit and I constantly have to adjust. If they'd put a rubber inner lining on the belt, I think it would really help it stay put.

Best Belt I Have Used, and I Have Used Many.
This design is excellent. I've run a marathon in it (not carrying a bottle), taking advantage of the reasonably size pocket to hold car keys, drivers license, credit card, and iPhone. Also, I use it for any training run greater than 8 miles when I do carry a bottle. Many times, I will use it when I don't carry a bottle, since it is so light. In my next marathon, I plan to carry an unfilled bottle. I will pour into it multiple small cups of water or electrolytes that volunteers provide at the water aid stations. I figure that by doing that, I will be able to replenish myself better and faster. I've noticed that more marathoners are carrying water bottles during the races these days -- not sure if they do that for the same reason as what I gave.Although some users have complained about it getting too loose when carrying a water bottle, I have the following observations: (1) I do usually need to tighten it twice or even three times early on during a long run. I think the material stretches a bit at first. (2) tightening the belt on the run is as simple as can be, since the belt is held with velcro, (3) The amount of velcro that is used is substantial, so it's not the velcro itself that pulls apart. Also, this material washes well and dries quickly. After a sweaty long run, I'll throw it into a bathtub with detergent along with my clothing.

Thought I would like this, but it doesn't work for me.
This might be OK for runners who keep their arms bent and somewhat elevated, but it's not great for walking/hiking. Unless I position the pack so the water bottle is directly in front or in the middle of my back, my arms hit it when I walk. I have a 24-oz Contigo water bottle and though it fits in the pocket, it's a very tight fit making the bottle difficult to remove and replace.I also found the pocket on the front to be on the small side. Can't fit much in it. I'm returning this and looking for something else.

Perfect!!!!
Took this every day hiking in the Rockies. Wanted to be unincumbered, but be able to take the necessities...water, phone ;) Power bar, etc. this was PERFECT. I was able to carry comfortably a 1qt bottle and hike to the top of a very steep trail without fear of it falling out. The space for the "other things" isn't large, but adequate. After all the idea of a hike is to escape, not to take everything with. Do not hesitate buying this if you are a morning or afternoon hiker. An all day trek, may require something a little bigger. Love it

Worth it!
So far I really like this water bottle belt. I was hesitant since I may have to buy a separate bottle. I use this with 28-oz Blender Bottle Classic and it fits snug. The pockets for keys, phone is spacious enough: I can fit my Samsung S8+ [no case], keys, and headlamp. Tho I wish the mini pocket for keys has a velcro or zipper, something really to secure my keys in place. I fear my keys will come out of it sometimes and join my mobile phone and scratches it but I haven't had any incident and the keys stays in place. The reflectors are a great add as I do run and hike at night.Truly a waist pack as it doesn't bounce around when place around the waist and the velcro feels secure enough that I don't have to readjust it all. Great buy to free your hand.

Great belt for distance runs
I am petite, 5'3 and 120 lbs, and the small fits perfectly. I love this belt. It's much easier to be hands free on my distance runs and I can carry my water instead of going without it. I was using a running belt with an adjustable elastic waistband and it would ride up and bounce on my stomach. This belt stays secure in the small of my back. It will twist a little if wearing a technical shirt but not enough to be a problem. I tried it with a 24 oz Contigo water bottle and it was too heavy. A standard bottle of water seems to fit better and is lighter. This belt holds my ID, health insurance card, and debit card. It also holds my IPhone 7 plus (in a Speck case) and my truck key behind the phone. It is not going to hold a larger phone with an otterbox or life proof case. All in all a solid belt.

| but i really like it. Only "slight" drawback is that when bottle ...
4.5 stars :| but i really like it. Only "slight" drawback is that when bottle is full, it tends to bounce just a bit. snug up the belt helps, but its just a bit of bounce when running full. But again, this is my goto belt on long runs (1 hour plus range), and i can carry small or larger bottles pending the route/distance i am taking. also room for GEL or ipod, etc. I can adjust belt while running, and pulling bottle out of sack takes some getting used to.. but was able to remove/insert bottle with little effort and while running after i figured it out. Nice water bottle belt! would definitely recommend and buy again.
