Honestly, I didn't expect a lot. I have ordered stuff in the past, (not from these folks) and gotten cheap cups with stickers on them, or worse, a piece of hollow plastic trash with a printed sheet inside that looks like it was printed at Kinkos. This was gorgeous! It was a nice, heavy metal cup with clear printing (etching, silk screen..I don't know. I just know if looked great) on the outside. My graduate loved her cup!
