Herbal Laxative Flakes, 3.25 Ounce

I used this laxative for it's intended purpose. It does suggest using it as beauty mask inside the box but I don't understand how that....works. ??? Tastes like minty/herby tea pleasantly. It works much less ABRUPLTLY than some products do. I drink it in tea at night if I'm feeling "bogged down" and feel much better in the morning. Does'nt take much; 1/4 tsp. With any luck, this will last me for years.

I’ve shared this with quite a few people and everyone loves it. You go with ease not urgency within 24 hrs. Super gentle but effective.

I have used this product for many years. It really works. It also is not very expensive. Will continue to use it in the future.

I won’t be using this for a while, so my review is based on past use. I read about Swiss Kriss in Gayelord Hauser’s books and used to use the herbs for facial saunas. I’ve also used the tablets, which are a pleasant, gentle laxative. It’s almost impossible to find the flake form now, and I was happy to see it on Amazon. You put half a teaspoon on your tongue and wash it down with water or juice. It tastes like licorice. I wanted the flakes because I try to minimize the fillers in tablets. Someone should really reprint his wonderful books!

I used this product for a facial steam. Used years ago and really liked it, opens, cleanses pores, refreshing. Let the water cool down a bit after boiling and do not use if you have any scratches, open wounds in your face.
