This vest will have you pouring sweat, without the need for creams. It is form fitting and does have the ability to adjust tighter in the belly area with the straps but I would order one size down.It is well made, good quality and comfortable to wear daily and or at the gym. Since receiving it i've been using it daily and it cleans easily. Throw it in the washer and forget it, dont use a dryer.

This thing works awesome! I’m 6’3.8” and I’m right at 234lbs. I got the Large size. Fits snug but you kinda want that for thermal lock. I usually only burn 525 calories in a 45min workout. But within this thing.. I’m burning 650+.. you will sweat a lot! Also for me I get pimples/zits sometimes when I sweat a lot so I’d get a few more after I put this on but not like a chemical rash or anything. Just make sure you wash good after the workout and you wash the vest too. If looking to burn and also have good form support this thing is awesome!

Fits a little snug but it's to be expected with material so when purchasing don't expect true to size.Now it still feels amazing when working out I use it to lift and box sweat way more than your average waist trainer or abolene perfect to cut that extra water weight. Absolutely no restrictions on movement which is a plus and if wearing on skin you don't even feel the zipper

This is my new exercise vest. I ordered the men's XXL to allow for tummy and boob circumference. I fits great and allows me to exercise and sweat without feeling wet. I am over joked with this product and have recommended to my husband and a few other relatives. Thank you.
