Sturdy knife
My other bread knife went awol, it hid in the bread bin. So ended up buying this one and it is superb and much heavier than the found again knife.

Perfect knife to hold in your hands. Looks good and cuts extremely well. Blade is protected at the bottom and the handle is firm to stop any slipping. Comfortable and Definitely recommend for cutting, It can cut anything from vegies to steaks.

Quality feel and weight
Got a few pro kitchen knives including some other sabatier.This one looks and feels top notch, good steel that holds its edge well, its a slightly thicker blade though, and notice it clings to onion and potato etc when cutting into them
