This Baked Macaroni with Chicken and Prosciutto is rich with not just the proscuitto and chicken, but truffles, cream and more. Oh, my! Tired of your old pesto dishes? Make your own pistachio pesto! We had it in Sicily and it is amazing!! Now I can make it in my own home!You can find something for any occasion. There are involved, fancy dishes meant to impress as well as super simple dishes such as Tagliatelle All'Inglese (Tagliatelle with Butter and Cheese).While this book is lacking in photos--it actually has few, and what it does have is black and white and not of the recipes themselves--it makes up for it in information and delightful recipes. I did drop the rating 1 point for lack of photos, but it is definitely a keeper.I received a copy of this book through IPG for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Love this book, it’s simple, clearly written, recipes are detailed, with simple ingredients. clear descriptions, drawings but no photos.But you don’t need photos because recipes are simple written well and work

Really comprehensive range of proper traditional Italian recipes. The cover is an attractive hessian with authentic writing on it. May not survive clean in a messy kitchen though! Definitely not wipe clean.

Simple, fresh and clearly-written, I've already made four or five of the recipes out of this book. I wish all recipe books were this authentic and easy-to-follow.

Find the lack of photos makes you concentrate more on the recipe for a change. Like it ! Mxx
