received this mop and already had the Black Diamond Wood and Laminate Floor Cleaner and I was excited to use it .It came all assembled and all you had to do was put on the microfiber pad with the white side on the top also adjust the handle to you highIt worked very well on my laminate floor and the shine came back (as I used other products which dulled the floor before) a few more time by using the microfiber mop & Black Diamond Wood and Laminate Floor cleaner my floors will look just like new soon.Remove stains and there are no streaks left behind.Love Love Love and recommend it to everyone.

This mop is great. I was looking for a good mop to use on laminate floors and this one was suggested to me. It's super easy to use and I am able to clean the floors pretty quickly with it.

Very nice quality, fits my mop well. Great dry or damp with Black Diamond cleaner. I use these on my new laminate floors. I do think they cost more than they should though.

Love my Microfiber Mop! Bought it for my dining room floor and it's light and so easy to use. I do dampen it a lil with water before I start moping with my Black Diamond Wood & Laminate Floor Cleaner and it really mops smoothly across my floor.

Better than expensive floor cleaning options. Durable handle allows you to use a good amoumt of pressure in your scrubbing. Comes with two cleaning pads that wash easily so you can just swap them out real quick when one is too dirty. I use it with a spray bottle of cleaner with bleach in it on my hardwood floors and the end result gives me a shiny floor.

I recently purchased this mop along with the  Black Diamond Wood and Laminate Floor Cleaner with PS3, 32 oz.  and I couldn't be more impressed. My floors are clean, streak-free, and smell great. The mop was so easy to use and I was able to use the same pad for my entire main level. With other mops, I would go through several pads OR I'd spend a couple of hours mopping with a traditional wet mop. It only took ten minutes to mop with this one!

I must have misread the description when ordering this mop, as I wanted a spray mop and this mop does NOT have a sprayer. Also, every time I use it, when I go to turn it to the right, the mop starts to unscrew itself. It attaches in the middle and it starts to come apart. SOOOO frustrating!!!! It is blue, which is my favorite color and its only redeeming quality. I do not understand the point of this mop?
