Best tape out there
I bought this tape for my daughter and she loved it. The color pops out and is so bright. This tape really helped with her wrist and shoulder pain. It is very sticky and can handle sweat. Very functional and lasts a while. This is one of the best physicle therapy tapes I have bought. I would 100% recommend it to all athletes. One of the best Amazon products for healing muscle pain.I recently purchased this tape for my daughter, and she is absolutely thrilled with it! The vibrant colors really stand out, making it both fun and functional. More importantly, it has significantly helped alleviate her wrist and shoulder pain. This tape is impressively sticky and withstands sweat, making it perfect for active use. Plus, it has great longevity. I can confidently say this is one of the best physical therapy tapes on the market. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all athletes looking for effective muscle pain relief. It’s truly an outstanding find on Amazon!

Excellent quality, works great
Brand name for a reason! I tried a cheaper brand and you can tell the quality wasn’t as good as KT tape! It’s strong, stretchy, and sticks to the skin well. Used for my daughter Achilles tendinitis and knee hypertension, has helped her tremendously while still playing her sport, soccer! Makes training easier if you have any pain or discomfort on or off the field or exercise of choice.

Helped with my sons heel
My son has a plate growth issue and these have helped him get the pain under control and also be able to play the sports he loves! They are easy to peel off the sticker and they are super duper sticky! They will hold up even after a shower and then some! We use a spray before application so that they don’t hurt when we have to take them off! It’s super thin so he can’t feel them when wearing socks and shoes. They are long enough that you could cut in half but we just use the whole strip. They come on a roll and are very easy to tear off.

Works great if you apply it right
First off - the only reason I’m even taking away one star is because I wish it came in a not precut version. Or does it and I missed it? Idk, but my issue with the precut is it isn’t the right size for anything I use it for, so even though precut seems convenient I always have to cut it anyways and end up wasting a ton of tape. But anyways, the product itself is great - IF you apply it correctly. Everyone here with adhesion issues claim they applied it properly or applied it “exactly how their physical therapist did it” but I’ve been able to put this stuff on and it last 3 days so….. I can’t imagine they’re doing it properly. Is more expensive tape better? Probably, but I’ll tell you how I apply this and for me it works just fine.Clean skin seems obviously but I’ll say it anyways. Use an alcohol wipe if you have oily skin. But aside from the obvious, there’s 2 key tips to making it stick that I’d be willing to bet people aren’t doing.1. The first like.. 1.5-2” of the tape - just stick that on your skin without pulling it tight. Then hold that area down while pulling the tape tightly over the area you’re treating. And then the last 1.5-2” same thing, don’t pull that part tight, just hold the end of the tightly pulled tape section and just stick the end on without pulling. It needs that bit of leeway at the beginning and end otherwise yes, it’s just gonna roll up into itself and not stick.2. Once it’s applied you need to rub it to create some friction/heat. It WILL NOT stick long if you don’t do this. Be careful at the ends to not accidentally pull it back while rubbing it, but this part is key to getting it to stick.I have several ailments I use this for but lately I’ve been using it for my plantar fasciitis rather than your traditional plantar fasciitis fixes. Wearing shoes and insoles with arch support seemed to be making it worse for me, so I went in the opposite direction and started wearing more minimalist/neutral shoes with wide toe box, and focusing on stretching and strengthening my feet. It’s helping, but sometimes I still have pain and that’s when I use this tape. It gives me just enough support without being as extreme/unnatural as insoles.I suppose I could use a compression sock for the same effect, but I like using the tape because I can use more or less tape depending on how much support I want.

Highly recommended for sports injuries
I do not write product reviews but this product genuinely helped so i am going to. I had a pretty bad basketball injury that resulted in a torn muscle. It swelled like a golf ball and regular ace bandages just weren’t doing the trick, so i looked for other options. I remembered seeing others use kinesiology tape to help so i tried it out, and within 2-3 days of wearing it the swelling was almost completely gone and while wearing it i felt much less discomfort. I highly recommend this for those who are looking for alternative options to healing injuries!
