Wanted to be able to illuminate the area where our bins are so not pitch black when putting out the recycling, especially in winter.These lights were easy to fit - drilled a couple of holes in the mortar, screwed them in, bit of clear silicone sealant around the edges and they look nice and neat.They come on when motion is detected and stay on long enough. Plenty of brightness to see which bin is which and not so bright that it annoys the next door neighbours. They turn off a few seconds after you've left the area. We don't venture that side of the house at night very often so can't vouch for how much time you'd have with them continuously on, as we just bought them for a particular use.Happy with them, no wires needed, seem to charge ok via the solar panel on top and have worked flawlessly since purchase over a year ago.

I purchased these pair of lights for mainly convenience ie, trying to find my keys at the door in the dark. They're fine for that plus they're giving me some security as well for the cars on the drive, they're not as bright as mains powered security lights, but more than adequate for my needs. Infra-red motion sensor, which detects movement of warm objects, is very good, the lights are mounted 2.5m high, and in winter with a good coat and hat, masking their body heat, it will detect a person at 4-5m, open your coat and the heat signature will be detected at 10m, probably a little too sensitive for me, as it picks people up walking past the end of our drive. Lights have a daytime sensor which turns the light off. Time will tell how well the units last, mine are mounted on a north facing wall, so not usually in direct sunlight, watch this space for updates, but I'm happy at the moment. Update, one of the small LED's developed a flicker, mentioned this to the supplier (AlJIALE), who nearly instantly offered a replacement of not just the one with the fault, but both, they arrived by Amazon delivery the next day! On the strength of the fact that I'm really pleased with the items and the quality of the customer service, I'm rating these items 5*

Was really impressed with the build and the brightness of the leds. If you are in the market to save money on your electric this is a really good way to save some money.

This item is excellent for the money. It still works very well and I recoded this to our friends' who also said it was an excellent purchase.

Tested these inside on all various settings, I put one out first on the fence and it worked for about 2 days properly, then it went completely dim, it would stay on the dim setting all the time ! I put out the second one thinking maybe it was just a fault and the second one has done the same ! Definitely not as good as other brands I have bought of these type of lights !

durable, weatherproof and bright enough, installed it outdoor, still work well after 2 years.

The media could not be loaded.  I kept the lights outside with sunlight for up to 4 hours and still the lights won't switch on. However, the other lights works perfectly. Will I be able to replace it with a new one?

This are really brilliant though I misread the description. I wanted lights you could deliberately switch to full brightness all the time to brighten the patio whilst sitting in the evening. Unfortunately they only go full bright by motion detection. Will keep them anyway but as warning to others, they switch on at dim mode at dusk and off at dawn (or when battery runs out). With motion detected they go full bright when someone comes close. As second mode they can be off and switch on full bright when someone comes close. They stay full bright for about 20 seconds either way then go dim or off depending chosen mode.to be fair the dim mode is not actually that dim compared to other lights I bought before even dim light level is quite good.
