Fun WorldChild Athena Goddess Costume Large (12-14)

Bought this for my daughter who needs to dress up as the Greek Goddess Athena for an event at her school. The costume is well made and the fabric is smooth. The Pink hue is beautiful. I do agree with the other reviewers that the golden lace could have been better quality. It comes with a golden color headband which is very pretty. My daughter is 54” tall, and I bought the costume in L size. Fits her perfectly! She loves it so much that she has already made up her mind to wear it again for Halloween!

Quality - good quality with fabric that has some weight to it. Definitely not that cheap thin stuff that most costumes are made of these days. The headband held up quite well too.Sizing - runs a little bit small. My daughter who is a little chubby filled up the arm holes...Conclusion - my daughter really liked this because she thought she looked good in it. I really liked this because it was a quality costume that didn't tear or break apart after the numerous times my daughter tried it on and hung around the house with it on before Halloween. Perfect costume for Halloween, your kid's Greek themed play, or for a very, very small adult to wear to a toga party.

Great, well-made costume! My 9.5-yr daughter loves it! My daughter is a very tall 9yr old, about 5 ft tall, and is slender/medium weight. She generally wears size 12 clothing by general manufacturers (e.g. Gap, Old Navy, Target) these days. Thankfully, we ordered the large size (12-14) and though we expected it be slightly big given others' reviews, it fits pretty well and is actually about an inch or two too short. Length is fine though to keep the dress clean and avoid tripping around. Costume comes with a fun headpiece, too!

I bought this costume for my youngest daughter for Halloween. It is a nicely made costume, however, I only gave it three stars because it was too long and the sizing seemed to run small. I bought it a size larger than my daughter actually wears to be sure it would fit with clothing under it (Halloween is always cold where I live and kids usually wear leggings and t-shirts under their costumes). Once she had her underclothes on, the costume was quite tight. The material had give in it (which is what saved the night), however, it was really only good for that one night.

Very nice costume! My daughter was very happy and excited with her costume. The fabric is very soft and is very comfortable which is a plus for a kid's costume. The dress is very pretty and the headpiece too. She is size 10/12 and we ordered a medium which is perfect on her. She is tall and the dress is long on her which in our case is good. For the average girl it might run a bit long. Overall very pleased with our purchase!
