It’s worth every penny!
This was an awesome addition to our new home for many reasons. The shower had zero water pressure, and it was uncomfortable. This one however is amazing! It was easy to install, and the water pressure has improved dramatically! The wand was a must, as I use it to rinse my long hair. I like that there’s three settings for it, although I always keep it on the strongest. It makes rinsing off very quick and efficient. The only thing I wish was that I was able to have water come from the shower head AND wand at once, so I wouldn’t have to switch the handle back and forth. The shower head itself is large, which is nice, and it’s taken some getting used to, but I think we finally decided on a setting we both like.

Doesn't last very long
Got this at the recommendation of a friend. At first it was great, but I have been actively using this for 6 months now and every time I try to switch to the smaller head, it sprays water out of the connection all over the place. I got it to wash my dog but now everything is a total mess when I try to switch the head.

Great product, kinda wobbly
Love the settings! But it’s hard to turn the dial on the head between them with wet hands because the head doesn’t stay firmly in one place. Not sure if that’s an installation mistake I made or if it’s a design flaw.

It squeaks!!!
I really like the look and water pressure of this item, but it’s so noisy! Makes squeaking noises!! It’s sucks because I really like it but it’s clearly cheap! It should be marked at no more than $40. I installed this in my showers and threw out my old shower heads so now I’m stuck with it until I can find something better which has been hard, strictly due to finding something with good water pressure. Ugh.

Works well
All settings work well and the pressure from the handheld unit defies physics - it somehow gets boosted very high for a powerful water spray. The 8ft long handheld is great for washing the dog. But... almost everything is just lightweight plastic with a painted chrome finish, so no telling how long it will all last. You get what you pay for.
