Nice you don't have to touch anything
The paper towel dispenser where I work kept breaking and jamming. Supposedly we get free paper towel dispensers with the towels and the quality of 'free' shows. I got tired of always having to fight the paper towel dispenser to dry my hands so I bought this and charged it to the company. The rolls we get fit perfectly and was easy to load. 4 D batteries and so far so good for almost 2 months now without bathroom fights!

Great at the office!
After looking around a lot I decided to try these out for our office. We purchased 4 for various areas including the kitchen and bathroom and the guys have fallen in love with it and not having to pull small towels out that fall to the ground or leave pieces everywhere to clean up! Easy to install, easy to understand, and easy to program!

Make sure your batteries are good.
Easy to install. Works great. It will act funny if you don't have good batteries.

Doesn't Work
Would not recommend. The box was missing instructions. We found instructions online. We had 10 different people trying to figure out how to weave paper towels through the machine to get it to work, super complicated and no one was able to get it to work. We all individually spent so much time trying to get it to work. The motor sounded pitiful like it was trying every once in a while to dispense the paper towel but just wouldn't work. Truly awful product. We are returning and bought a Tork automatic dispenser and the install took less than 5 minutes and is super easy!!!!! Exactly how it should be. I could do a commercial for Tork haha P.S. I don't work for Tork just happy with how easy it was to install!

Great unit, just wish it came with instructions
Needed to call the manufacture to get instructions just to open it and install the batteries and paper. But great item

adjustable
Had towel rollers before but wouldn't put out quite enough towel. These can be adjusted. Batteries last a long, long time!

I just received it and it took me a while to find the key. I am not going to explain and just include some pictures where you can see the key’s location.
