It really has helped my neck and my shoulders. Also my headaches.At first I didn't like it because I was not use to this kind of pillow. It is firm. Before I had soft pillows that I could never get right. Always woke with neck pain.Now I do not. It is really worth the money I paid for it. I am buying another for my brother.Once again Amazon you help me so much. Great products, great price.But bottom line is, does it work.Something different you must get use to. So take the ti.e to adjust to this pillow. Give it a week. You will notice a difference. I can't believe the difference it has made to my neck and upper shoulders. My sleeping is much better. Plus I have sleep apnea. It helps with positioning of the neck / tongue. Eventually I will still need a machine, but this pillow is a miracle till then.

I bought the dark grey option for my husband in May and decided I liked it far better than the Sutera pillow I'd been trying out. However, when I went to order it, I only had the option to buy the white option. After reading the full descriptions, questions, and the reviews I couldn't find any reason to think there was a difference between the colors, so I ordered the white one.Turns out that the white version that I received is a little lower and not as firm. I could be that the white one I received is a different/older version of this pillow, seeing as the listing I bought it from had no other options and is what I was redirected to when I tried to buy a second of the dark grey.BUT, now all the options are back and I checked within my return window, so the white one is going back and a dark grey one will be arriving tomorrow, so hopefully there won't be any further issues.

Like: the support of the pillow and the weird shape of design. I have been sleeping through all night and my watch detected my sleep is better compared to before. I used to like firm and high pillow but not sure since when I can’t handle it anymore. I will get neck and shoulder pain when I sleep with high pillow. Then, I switched to soft and low pillow. I have to switch my position to side sleeper but still didn’t get a good sleep through the night and wake up with headache. Sometimes I even suffer arms tingling and numbness. I even switched to satin pillowcases but still not it. I read and research about different pillow and wanted to give this pillow a try. At first I feel weird about the shape and try to adjust my neck and shoulder to get used to it. I felt asleep quickly the first night and slept through the night. Next day I woke up without any pain and tingling feelings. My body feels better now and I got more energy than before. I don’t need to take afternoon nap throughout the day. According to my watch, I have more deep sleep now and my sleep patterns are better than before. I strongly believe that having a good night sleep give you a good start for the following day. Oh, even though it has interesting shape, it stills fits in my satin pillowcases and it blends in with my other pillow and bedsheets.Dislike: haven’t noticed anything yet.

After reading all the good reviews I thought this pillow might actually help with my neck pain. Well after using this pillow for a little while now, I still wake up with neck pain. I will say it's not as bad as it was, but still there. This is why I gave it 3 stars because it helps some but I was hoping for better results. It seems like the pillow should be a little higher. I feel like it's not thick enough or from what I am use to. For me, it's not to firm or soft it seems be about right in that aspect. Just does not relieve all the neck pain. I guess my search for the right pillow will continue. Who knew finding a good pillow could be so difficult.

Worthless product doesn't contour to nothing its so flat my neck or head feels nothing sitting on the floor right after I opened and tried to lay on it. My dog won't lay on it....Don't waste your hard earn money ...run I mean run away to the next product this isn't worth it.

I’ve had this pillow and have been using it every night for the last 3 months. I was having consistent neck pain and was looking for something to help. Initially, this pillow worked great! My neck pain improved almost instantly, however, I have recently had terrible neck and upper back pain. Over time, I’ve noticed that this pillow is not the best fit for stomach and side sleepers. The idea is good, but this pillow is not practical for everyone. You can only get optimum support if your head is placed directly where the indentation meant for it is. Anything outside of that, expect to wake up with discomfort. As a side and stomach sleeper, naturally, your head movements change throughout the night, it’s difficult to keep your head and neck perfectly aligned with this pillow because of this. Not to mention the pillow itself tends to shift throughout the night and you will find that your head is halfway on the pillow. Again, if you are a primary back sleeper, this may be a wonderful pillow for you, but for the rest of us, i do not recommend.

My neck lacks the natural curve, which seems like a small thing, but it affects so many things. I have struggled with neck, shoulder and back pain for as long as I can remember. This pillow has changed my life in the following ways:I am no longer tossing and turning throughout the night.My neck feels SO much better!Before, when I slept on my side, my teeth cut into my cheeks. This is not happening anymore!Headaches have gone away.My sinuses are draining better and I don't wake up congested.I have only slept on this pillow for 4 nights. These are the changes I have noticed so far. This company has many different options for many different sleeping positions. I picked this one because I sleep in nearly every position.Definitely worth the price. I also like the fact it has a removable, washable cover. I am extremely satisfied!

This pillow had great reviews so I was hopeful. Unfortunately it isn’t comfortable, my neck hurts as much or more than w my previous pillow. My husband threw away the boxes or I would return.
