I've only been taking these capsules for 4 days now, but I'm losing inches already. I've been taking 2 capsules a day, but I'm going to cut the dose because they are very powerful. They don't give you jitters, but make sure that you eat within 30 minutes of taking them.

Great supplement - I've tried several other rasberry ketone supplements, and this is by far my favorite. Noticed a significant decrease in my appetite which has made it much easier to keep with my nutrition and diet goals. Also love that no other ingredients are cocktailed in, so you aren't getting additional unwanted supplements added in.

I am not sure if you have to take more than 1 bottle to see results? I am not saying it doesn't work. However, it did not work for me.

Well I can't say I have lost any weight as I was hoping to, but I can't blame the pills. I haven't been working out at the gym like I use to. Mywork schedule changed a lot. However, I will say, these pills have curbed my appetite quite a bit. Most of the time, I take one in the morning,30 minutes later I eat and I'm good to go until lunch. Thirty minutes before dinner, I take another one and I'm not craving anything after dinner.It does work for me.

Didn't see any benefit at all. I have taken another raspberry product before and had great results. They no longer make that brand though. Go figure. I will be trying another manufacturer.

Definitely works with suppressing my appetite. I'm not sure about how much weight I have lost due to ketones because I work out at least 4 times a week. I have lost 10 lbs since October.

Raspberry Ketones by Nutritionn works, I found that my coat was getting tight and some other clothes and I found after taking it for a month that my coat fits looser and so are my other clothes. I have not lost weight but it burns the fat that is on your body and increase metabolism, increase the rate at which the body burns fat, and reduce appetite. I am happy to lose inches now I need to lose weight.
