YardFreaks gets an A for customer service and problem resolution!
Glass pieces ordered were way to small (1/4 inch size) for our fire pit and prevented proper propane gas flow. Intial contact with Blazing Glass wasn't productive, but then Sara at YardFreaks stepped in, thoroughly explained the differences in glass sizes when using propane and natural gas fire pits and directed us to the proper product. She is shipping a 1 inch fireglass product to us at no charge in exchange for the 1/4 inch product. We are extremely pleased with Sara's response and anxiously await the larger size fireglass to use in our new propane fire pit.

Wrong color sent but nice.
Pretty nice glass overall. There are some bigger pieces that look out of place, but can carefully be broken into smaller pieces. Giving 3 stars because I ordered 4 boxes, but only one was the color I ordered. The label on the top said my color, but the label on the end said cobalt blue. Luckily, the 3 cobalt blues and the 1 of the color I wanted ended up looking pretty great together. Please check box to color before sending. I'd like to order more.

They look nice and I put them in our fire pit on ...
They look nice and I put them in our fire pit on top after filling the bottom portion with lava rock. I may need more. I haven’t used the fire pit yet. I need to use and find out if the glass pieces get charred and turn black. So far so good.

Looks beautiful
I received my fire glass recently and used it in my beta five gallon tank. It looks like the Caribbean, I have been looking for an alternative to use as the ground cover they have currently is just boring. I am not sure how the cleaning aspect will go until I clean the tank and change out the water. Hoping it will be a good experience.

Works well and is beautiful, just make sure it is the right size for your application.
The glass is great. Watch the specs for your fire pit though. This is so small (1/4") that is can get between the flame and the thermal couple and interrupt operation of the fire pit. This is not a problem of this glass, it was an an issue with the fire pit.

The Fire glass is amazing!!
The Fire glass is amazing!!! It looks beautiful in our fire pit. My only wish is if I could get 5 more pounds. This stuff is wonderful! I get complements whenever someone comes over and sees it and I tell them right away where I got! We are very happy with out purchase.

Not very product but driver has issues!!
Nice product....but package was stuffed into flower pot!! Delivery notice states that it was “handed directly to the resident” but that is false! Driver should be reprimanded at the very least!!

Odd color
The picture shows more of a golden champagne but in real life it's a pink champagne in my opinion. But if you take a picture with your phone to send to your to show them it's pink... it looks gold. Very odd, so I sent it back. Quality stuff thought besides color issue.
