Minor's made me a better cook!
Delicious bases. You only need a little bit to season vegetables boiling in a pot. I add a little at a time to the boiling water or sauce that's cooking. It dissolves nicely and brings out the best in any dish. I've actually become a better cook thanks to Minor's bases. Please note that all of bases are different colors based on it's ingredients and how it's made. So the Gluten-Free chicken base is a light yellow base, the Original Chicken base is a carmel color and the Low Sodium Chicken base is like a brown color, it's the darkest color of all the chicken bases. I keep the bases refrigerated and they last a very long time. Minor's is a staple in my home.

Great homemade alternative!
My go-to beef broth paste from here on!!! Really good beef broth flavor if you don’t have time to make homemmade broth yourself.

Tastes good and is a saving over the other bullion paste.
I like this stuff. It doesn't have the pronounced "chicken" flavor that bullion has but I think it tastes more like actual chicken stock does. Much more economical than "better than bullion". I use it in all my soups and broths. Slightly less salty.

Always in my freezer - chicken, veg, clam, seafood.
I approve of ingredients, taste and convenience. Great base for cooking. Works well with added spices and flavorings.

Great Product Like Their Other Bases
Minor's bases are great, I have and use most of them. This Vegetable base is great also. It taste just like sautéed vegetables. I use it in soups, stews, gravies, etc. where ever I've made it from scratch. With the base I can increase or decrease the amount to get the exact flavor I want. Is in my fridge with all the rest of their based. Hint: some of the bases have more salt so taste it first, remember a little goes a long way so add your salt your pot after adding the base. I've been using Minor's for about 20 years now. I got the tip from a Chef with his own restaurant.
