"Vick the Barber" Swing Lock Razor - Limited Edition

Considering that I didn't receive my free pack of blades that this supposedly comes with I give it 1 star for false advertising... Thats one of the huge reasons I bought this product because it was supposed to come with free blades.

Swing lock does not lock blade in place...
