a moisturizer helps with moisturizing the skin which helps the skin to heal faster after a peel

This is definitely going to change with different skin types. I leave it on my face for 10 mins or more, and the only area that peels a little at all is in the creases around my nose. I only do a full facial once a week. I do more than once a week only in small spots, like if I get a blemish. I'm in my early 30s and have oily skin in the T zone area otherwise the rest of my skin is sensitive. I was worried about buying this peel due to my sensitivity, but it's given me no problems. If you apply this to your entire face more than once a week chances are it will peel in some areas, but the peeling is very minor. Also, if you leave it on for a shorter amount of time it probably won't peel at all. You will really just have to use it, and find out what works best for you.

It's important to avoid any sun exposure. You will need to use a sunscreen or sun hat
