Square Cake in a Square Pan - Yummy!
I have brought the 6 inch x 6 inch x3 inch. I have only used this to bake cake twice already & the result is excellent. I used parchment paper to line up the bottom & the side, the cake came out beautifully. I didn't have any problems getting the cake out as it has the removable bottom. There were no leaking at all. I am very happy with this product & I am going to buy another one which is the next larger size 8 inches.

6X6 removable bottom does not sit flush to base of pan
I bought the 6X6 pan to make smaller coffee cakes easy to lift out without damaging the crumb topping. However, the removable bottom leaks, even with a very thick batter. The issue is that the pan is formed in a press and has rounded corners. The bottom plate is not fitted well and does not rest flush with the pan. When in place, there is a gap under the removable bottom.

Have not used it yet, but well designed and exactly what I was looking for. If in doubt purchase Fat Daddio's Products.
