Thin edge and it hurts
Put a lot of oil in order to slide. But it’s a waste. The edge of it is very thin that it hurts. It’s all about the sharp edge that is not useful for face massage.Caused inflammation especially for a sensitive skin like mine. Still don’t understand how others in review section actually liked it.

Good Quality
Just received the product it looks of a good quality thought it had few minor scratches on it but it dont think that matters me much personally. I am reducing one start because of the packaging the product came it. It just came in a plastic wrap without any box, it would be great if i have received the box as shown in other reviewes for easy storage of this tool. Not sure if i want to return and reorder just for the sake of box

Little scratched
It had some scratches on the surface when i recieved it but otherwise the product is good. Its better than the stone guasha

It's an ok product
The product package shown in the Amazon and seller packaging is not same...product is not pure kansa material and lot of marks and imperfections on product ...being a beauty product better to stick to it packing higene as well as the perfection.

Edges or very sharp cannot be used on face
Instead of the shop it hurts when the product is used on the face

Sturdy and smooth guasha
The product is sturdy, it's on the heavier side as expected. The edges are smooth which would be great while using it on the face and neck.The package was well received. The guasha was was wrapped in a protective sheet and was placed in a wooden box (picture attached) the box was also wrapped in a protective sheet and also a bubble wrap. Followed by the Amazon bag. Happy to receive it in this manner.The seller has taken efforts in the wooden box. I was not expecting it in a wooden box :) the box could have better finishing to make it outstandingWill update the review in few days upon using the guasha.From the first looks of it, it's a good purchase for the price and the way it was packaged.
