Good for hiking/survival packs
I tossed one in the car glove box, gave one to a friend and put the rest in my Emergency Preparedness kit. Hope I never need to use them but "I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it."

Taste like plastic.
I did not test if this actually purifies water and highly skeptical of its claim, but can say it adds a lot of plastic to it on the one time I used it on drinking water to see how it worked.The place for your lips is oval so does not adapt to a straw very well, forcing me to use it directly into my mouth so I can't see the results.
