The TV design is really neat. Thin frame, matte black. It looks amazing but don’t expect too much spec wise. Since it is LED I experienced lots out clouds with dark backgrounds and the sound is substandard. It is also not fully compatible with my Yamaha sound bar. The HDMI ARC sometimes works but mostly it doesn’t. If it doesn’t I receive error messages that my audio device is not plugged into the ARC HDMI which it is. It’s beyond annoying. I switched to optical output eventually which is sound wise not ideal. There are multiple blogs on the internet describing the same issue, I don’t understand why Samsung is not able to fix it.The worst thing on this TV are the spots where HDMI 3 output and optical output are located. Different to HDMI 1 and 2 these ports are straight at the back in a 90 degrees angle to the wall, hence, there is no way you can install this TV without a major gap to the wall. This is a serious design flaw. Really bad done by Samsung which keeps you speechless especially since the other ports are properly located.Another thing is that this TV from this particular seller is a Thai version which is not mentioned anywhere. So forget being able to sync your remote control with your local cable TV box. It’s just not possible.I honestly regret buying this TV. It was cheap though.

Good product with low voice level. U definitely need a sound system for better effects. I had samasung 65 inch earlier and that had much better sound.

Ordered a Samsung AU8000 model and was provided with an inferior Samsung AU7100 model.

it's fragile, had a stick standing up next to it it got nudged an cracked the interior screen. No damage on the outside but repair man Said it would be more expensive to repair then just getting a new tv. 1k down the toilet. I recommend checking our oled evo, the best picture quality I've ever seen

Tv lasted 2.5 years, guess I should have gotten the extended warranty. The smart tv part want very good either, it has always been slow, laggy. It was just easier to use another streaming device instead of Samsung. Overall the picture was good,

In the current market with high-end TV's forcing glass size ever larger, the low end is seeing fantastic side effects from those expensive TV's, of note is the AU series which has an incredible size to cost ratio. Just 2 years ago a 75 inch tv with worse picture quality would have been $2k and now it can be had for $1k. Just absolutely incredible. The picture quality is absolutely top tier as far as displays without local dimming zones go. But of course the sound is just absolutely awful, a joke really. The operating system is a bit laggy but serviceable. Overally it's just good to see the focus put on the picture quality which is all that matters. If you hook up a purpose built streaming box and some real speakers this tv can really shine. And with it's faults you can not blame it too badly as it does what it was meant to do extremely well and that is to display an image. So yeah marketing says it's all in one but it's not, but that doesn't stop it from being just a really good display that I would absolutely recommend.

This was an upgrade purchase to the previous Samsung tv I had, which I loved. Right away I noticed the quality difference. Felt like a knock off. But I kept it due to the hassle of returning it and not having a vehicle it could fit in. Our previous tv is still kicking after 8 years (my son uses daily for his video games). I don’t use the living room tv (which is what this was) very often.Maybe a total of about 6months worth of use was on this tv when it crapped out. I’ve owned it for 2 years but the use was infrequent. Maybe a movie night Friday or light weekend use.-As you can see in the pictures there’s a darkened line through it. But not only that it will shut off and come back on randomly (a lot) during the course of a 30 minute show.We don’t even turn it on anymore. Very disappointed that a television of this price is junk.- The quality of the screen isn’t the best.Very slow loading as well. Lags when moving to the app you desire in the Home Screen.I love Samsung. Almost every electronic or appliance I own is samsung. Save your money and skip this product.
