ACDelco Professional 214-2156 (19187371) Fuel Injection Pressure Regulator

Perfect fit, much cheaper than the local Auto parts stores for the same exact item, same.brand.

Fixed the WAY rich problem in my TPI equipped Trans Am GTA. It would smoke and stink like gas at idle. Installed this quickly and relatively easily (those little tamper resistant screws suck).

1989 Vette.. could not start it easy.. idle was way off - up and down up and down.. (surging) found the pressure regulator leaking so got this new part and now im up and running like a champ, already had done the fuel pump and filter.. after this part it fixed the idle problem and the get up and go is back.

This fuel pressure regulator worked great on my 1985 Corvette. No problems with the install and the engine performs a lot better.

The picture shows a red pressure regulator and the one in the box was black... plastic package it came in was opened...I think what is happening is that the seller is taking the ACDELCO Regulator and replacing it with something cheaper...Why would the plastic bag the regulator came in be opened...I will get in touch with the seller and Amazon to find out why the package was opened and the black regulator put in the place of the red regulator...NOT ACCUSING ANYONE BUT THIS SEEMS AWFUL FISHY...When I buy a GMDELCO part I expect a GM part not something cheaper...If you are going to advertise a part it should be what the picture shows and not replace it with something different even though it is a different color...Makes you wonder if you are getting a GMDELCO part or something cheaper...
