Enjoyed
I read this book for inspiration.Just as I had hoped, the author pointed to another area of living where there is not two.I find this author expresses topics I've long read about in a way that makes them fresh and understood in a deeper sense. I love that he presents topics in a way to meet whatever stage of interest that one might have.

Infinite Stars--Thank You!
I am blown away by this book (& also by the audio of the same title). I look forward to putting it in use & savoring it for the long haul. Thank you Andrew Holecek. You are a treasure & a gift. Over a decade ago, I had a regular dreamwork practice & reaped considerable benefit from it. Since then I’ve ventured from it, exploring a number of different (yet related) paths which have proven to be beneficial as well. Recently I felt a strong impetus to return to my dreamwork practice. Feeling the need for guidance & curious what's available now, I checked around on-line. It turns out the options seem considerably expanded now (or maybe I'm better able to receive them given more life experience). Andrew’s work stood out. After visiting his website, I feel this is the direction to go. I love yoga, meditation, samyama, non-duality, quieting the thought machine, unzipping my persona & essentially welcoming/appreciating/acknowledging infinite intelligence as much as possible. Andrew's work seems to coalesce & crystallize much of what I’ve learned thus far & take it to new level. I’m so thankful for this book. Even my first visit to his website left me with new understandings to put into practice right away. I’ve been able to recall about 4 dreams a night since then & will venture further as I feel ready. Andrew holds many qualities I aspire toward & deem essential in a teacher—integrity (he clearly loves & practices what he teaches), kindness, patience, humor & an over-ride knowing that the Universe is a friendly place. He emphasizes the well-being, radiance & harmony that rests in the essence of all that is—yet at the same time gives us accessible tools to handle fear, distortions, perceived danger & the temptation to polarize. His message feels aware, clean, loving, wise, distilled, accessible & well, pure (I hesitate to use that word, but it feels right here). Anyway with my inner impetus & now resources (thank you!), I feel good to go (the sky's the limit :-) I am in a *radical non-rush* about this, meaning I will progress only as I get an inner green light. (Andrew mentions an inner “pacemaker” & ally which rhymes with this.) It’s intense stuff—fun yet intense. It goes hand-in-hand nicely with my meditation, yoga & movement practices. I look forward in the future to checking out his “Preparing to Die” book. (Dream Yoga does include this subject as well—so I’m going to start here). It turns out that Andrew lives not far from where I do, so I may check out one of his workshops down the road. For the time being, I have PLENTY to keep me occupied with Dream Yoga. There’s so much to learn from the inner teacher. Andrew gives a very workable framework to access this inner knowing. I was not familiar with “dream yoga” per se before coming across his work. I orginally explored the topic of lucid dreaming. Andrew explains the distinction between lucid dreaming & dream yoga well on his website. If you’re at all compelled by this topic, check it out--good video clips there as well. As I said this is blowing *me* away (lol) & creating space for what’s referred to as “clear-light mind,” “basic goodness” & the awakened state. “Patience grasshopper” I keep telling myself ;-) My intent is strong & I’m delighted to receive such extraordinary guidance on the subject. Thanks again Andrew & best wishes to all on your chosen path.

Inspiring and encouraging.
As an occasional lucid dreamer since childhood, I've read several books on the subject, most referenced in this extraordinary book. Fascinating and beautifully written, "Dream Yoga" not only covers lucid dreaming, but goes into realms far beyond. The author writes with compassion, humility, and clarity. I read the book cover to cover, slowly, with the intention of deeply absorbing whatever I could, and found myself using many suggestions in both waking life and semi-lucid dreams. Also light was shed on experiences and questions I had, and I feel gratitude for Andrew Holecek's generous sharing..

Works
Since starting this book, I have learned how to trigger and remember dreams. Really good to find what they have been teaching me about myself. Am really glad for this. Some is difficult to follow for me.

This book can start changing your life for the better, if you let it.
When I first bought this book I read it on and off (I was very busy with normal day to day stuff). However, when the COVID-19 quarantine event started unfolding, I started to self-isolate pretty early. I started to cycle off all these old habits, including frequent substance usage. When my REM cycle returned to normal I began to start having dreams again. Reading this book (now that I have all the time in the world) has shown me soooo many things I wish I knew earlier. I've only had 2 lucid dreams since I started reading this book roughly last week, and I'm so excited to see what else I will be able to do. If you're not interested in this book for Lucid Dreaming, there is a lot of science-based information on sleep and how to get the most out of it for optimal health. You really cannot go wrong with this book.

A gentle and intellectually rigorous teacher
This is the most thorough book on the dream yoga tradition that I have encountered. I had the chance to attend some seminar sessions led by Andrew in 2013 and found myself immediately appreciating Andrew's gentle, yet intellectually rigorous, teaching style. Thank you, Andrew, for sharing the remarkable depth of your passion for Buddhism and the dream yoga tradition. This book dives deep and it certainly is not a quick read. Most of us will never have the time to immerse ourselves in Buddhist studies with Andrew's intensity. So, I'm very appreciative of Andrew's effort's to distill what he has learned into this comprehensive book. Andrew's shorter audio program on dream yoga is also terrific and serves as a more approachable introduction to the topic for those that are new to dream yoga.Chris CunniffeLucid Coaching, LLC

Without a doubt the best book on dream yoga or lucid dreaming I have ...
Without a doubt the best book on dream yoga or lucid dreaming I have ever encountered. Without a doubt! Andrew does an absolutely masterful job integrating the views AND practices of the East and West. This integration (and it is an actual INTEGRATION) creates a teaching truly greater than the sum of its parts. His presentation is extremely accessible to the lay and advanced practitioner alike, quite a feat when considering the complexity and scale of the corpus he is working with.Andrew shares how he knew he had “come home” when he was first exposed to the teachings of dream yoga. I believe this explains the feeling I have had while reading this book: as though I am being warmly invited into someone’s home.I am deeply grateful to Andrew for this work. Such a service, such a treasure, such a gift.

Affascinante
Consigliatissimo.

The best book on lucid dreams in my opinion
The best book on lucid dreams in my opinion, inspiring and fascinating. While the west were still debating weather lucid dreams were real or not, the Tibetans had already developed a detailed set of instructions and techniques for every possible dream scenario, and lucid dreaming from that perspective is just the first step..

Wonderful and Deep…
After reading a lot of other lucid dreaming books I can say this is one of the most informative books on lucid dreaming that I've read… goes beyond the simple techniques to lucid dream and explains it at a deeper but understandable level… if you are lucid dreamer already this will give a lot of depth to your experience and your understanding of lucid dreaming… it's also great for beginners because it explains lucid dreaming from the ground up
