I've tried other tDCS units in the past with mixed results, mainly due to design flaws. This unit, however, is a true game changer! It is simply a great design with an excellent straightforward user interface. The electrode design is simple and effective, the best that I have seen on the market at this price point. I wasn't familiar with tACS prior to purchasing the NeuroMyst Pro, now I'm thrilled that it features BOTH options! Now I am a huge tACS fan and can see myself using it on a daily basis!As for using the unit, I find the built-in presets very useful and make it simple to use. Having the ability to customize your own experiences takes it to the next level. The NeuroMyst Pro was clearly designed with beginning and advanced users in mind.Safety is a concern of mine and knowing that NueroMyst Pro is made in the USA, combined with responsive customer support and a great website, make it a no-brainer!Like all of my Amazon purchases, I read reviews prior to purchasing. I noticed the multiple mentions about the excellent customer service and I took the plunge. No regrets here, it was a solid purchase. NeuroMyst is a company that is going places: great design plus great customer support/service plus great value = success. If you are on the fence about taking the leap, go for it, you'll be glad you did. I'm considering a second unit to keep at the office and have as a backup!

Purchased the NeuroMyst Pro approximately 1 year ago. Device was ordered and shipped with ease and fast shipping. Device arrived as described, appropriately packaged and in perfect condition. In a high-pressure job, requiring decisions to be made within an unreasonable period of time and for individuals with unrealistic expectations, the DARPA, Insight, Memory, Fluent and Anxiety Montages have been invaluable. Experienced an issue with the functioning of the unit after 11 months, which they addressed. Turns out, it had to do the leads, as opposed to the unit itself. That said, they replaced the unit and provided me with the smaller tDCS Electrodes. They responded to my initial inquiry the same day, and on a Saturday. The situation was resolved in less than 2 weeks, including shipping and handling. Could not be happier with the experience or more appreciative of their customer service, especially in a day and age when in most instances that equates to "don't let the door slap your a$$ on the way out." A+++++

Update 4-25-22. I received the remainder of my tDCS replacement this morning with the necessary cables and case and can start using it again. I'm hoping this one works as intended. I know there's always the possibility of getting a lemon no matter what I buy, no matter how reputable the manufacturer. The quality of customer service is what elevates a company. Despite the glitchy device and the strange exchange foul up that followed I'm happy to now have a working tDCS device. With a 3 month guarantee for their devices I can be assured of a good time frame for problems to appear. Thank you for making this right, Neuromyst.Update 4-22-22. Less than 30 minutes later and they sent me the tracking number for the rest of the Neuromyst unit stating that it will be sent out today. They shipped the tDCS unit Tuesday and I received it today (Friday). If they send the rest of it early enough it should arrive Tuesday 4-26 at the latest. Stay tuned.Update 4-22-22. I just received the tDCS device and 4 sponges. Neuromyst failed to send a charging cable, the electrodes and the case. I have no way to use this as I returned everything to them for a $10 shipping fee. I just notified the company and will report if/when they respond and send the rest of the items. I'm starting to go downhill and need a full set to start treatments again soon. I don't know why they failed to send a complete replacement. When something malfunctions for an unknown reason and requires replacement, the only proper course is to replace the entire system. Otherwise, the faulty part might still be in my possession and cause continuing problems. I'm starting to wonder about this purchase.Update 4-20-22. Neuromyst support has worked with me to try to determine the cause of my devices glitchiness, even working with a device on their end to try to replicate the problem. When no solution could be found they immediately arranged for a new unit to be sent. I am amazed by the resonpsiveness and friendliness of the representatives at Neuromyst!Update 4-18-22. My Neuromyst is starting to give me jolts of current that are painful and the voltage has gone up over time from starting around 10 volts to starting at over 14 volts. I've put in a request for support from the company via email this morning, so I'll give another update when they've responded. As a side note - my tinnitus has been getting worse as I use this device.I have been using Neromyst for some two months. First, though: I have suffered severe and worsening depression and fibromyalgia. I've tried countless methods to relieve my symptoms, but I have always been skeptical of everything. From SSRI's (which caused a great many problems) to meditation, exercises, and supplements of all sorts, including some strange new age treatments, none of those provided anything more than a mild and very temporary benefit at best. Now comes this Neuromyst tDCS which I also approached with skepticism. I searched for something that would provide the highest safe current because, why not? Being this bad off I need the strongest of any possible treatment. Neuromyst provides a range up to 4 mA, the highest safe current possible as my research revealed. I use it with the anode (red) on the upper left front of my head just above the temple and the cathode (black) on the right side, same area. If I place them on my temples directly there is a very uncomfortable flashing in my vision caused by the optic nerve being overly affected. I set the current higher and higher until I am now using 3.7 mA for a 30 minute period two times each day. My mood is dramatically improved. I can focus and accomplish tasks throughout the day. My sense of humor is returning. Instead of a dark and temporary existence I now actually look forward to each new day. I am so glad to have found Neuromyst! This isn't new age magnetic hocus pocus or unapproved supplements. This has real studies that back up the science behind it. This company was started in 2021 and I can't express how happy I am to have discovered them for myself! Here I've gone one for too long with this review, but I certainly could continue much longer. Thank you again, Neuromyst, for this wonderfully affordable, non-addictive, highly effective tDCS device! I hope everyone learns about you guys!
