The Burger Stack - 7 in 1 Silicone Burger Press + Burger Freezer Container for Perfect Burger Patties Every Time

This item was much larger than I expected even though I knew it would make 7 approximately 1/4-pound burgers. It also makes burgers a little thicker than I prefer (I prefer to flatten them out a bit more). Even so, I love it. I am a vegetarian (vegan), so I make various types of veggie burgers. It can be a pain to divide up the mixture evenly into burgers and shape them nicely. This worked great.I also wondered how this would work for making only four burgers at a time, and it was fine. Instead of following the directions, I just put my mixture into the top, filling only four spaces, and then divided the mixture more-or-less evenly. I was able to remove each burger easily. I then just flattened them a little bit with my hand. I had four perfectly-shaped burgers. :)The only con for this is that it's not that easy to clean. I used a dishwashing/vegetable brush to make sure I cleaned out every nook and cranny. It came really clean with minimal effort, though, and rinsed off nicely.

1st let me start by saying I don't buy my beef from a store, it is not a high fat content, or low grade. Also, when something says it is 1/4lb burger, I expect something roughly the size of the 1/4lb burgers I can get from a ff window. These are more like the size of a slider by the time they shrink from cooking. Totally disappointed and really mad at myself for spending the money.

I purchased this super burger press. I just love this new addition to my kitchen. We love to make hamburgers for lunch or even dinner occasionally. All I do is buy some good ground beef at the market. I mix it with salt and pepper a few other seasonings and place it into this burger press. So quick and easy. This silicone press makes seven beautiful hexagonal shaped burgers. When I have finished filling all the cavities I place the lid on top of the press and put the press in the freezer. This works great. I can remove the press from the freezer when I am going to make burgers, remove the number of burgers I need and place the balance back in the freezer. So easy and convenient. I recommend this to everyone. Works, but is messy and doesn't stay sealed in the freezer. I guess it is OK. The price changes constantly, come on Amazon what's the deal with that.

was very convenient to make hamburgers. They are frozen now. Not sure how fresh this gadget will keep the chop meat.

Gave this as a gift to my mother inlaw for Christmas. Not sure how well it works, but it felt good quality and had good weight to it.
