This product is a godsend! I use it a minimum of once a day. I love starting out my day in the morning with an upper back stretch. My guru physical therapist recommended this to me, and I'm glad he did. I have mild upper back curvature (kyphosis), and this helps gradually reverse that, or some I'm told.In yoga class, they have various poses to open up the chest and back, but no pose can match the effect of using your body weight and gravity with the yoga wheel to assist in opening up and stretching your torso. A morning stretch on this is equivalent, no, better than the effect of a morning cup of coffee!IMPORTANT: In my view, if you're an "older" person, or if you're taller than approximately 5'8", you should buy this "Plus" size. The "Plus" wheel has a larger diameter. My physical therapist's office has only the "standard" size, and I find that's a bit awkward as it's clearly too small.The product comes with a plastic-coated placard showing photos of various exercises you can do with the yoga wheel. I haven't done any of those other exercises, as the back stretch is worth the price of admission.Yes, this unit is a bit too pricey. I've had it seven months now, and it's holding up fine. It's a well-made product, and the improvement you're likely to see in your posture and reduction in back pain is well worth it.

I was so excited to get this as a gift 9 months ago. I enjoyed using it for 2 months, then went on a 6 month trip. About one month after my return, I noticed the mat material separating from the wheel. So, after only three months of light usage, it's falling apart. If I keep using it, it will likely get worse and soon fall off completely. I tried emailing the company using the contact information on their website, but it's now been over a week and I have gotten no response. I also tried to send them a message through their Facebook page, but, again, no response. I'm so bummed and frustrated that a product I was so excited about has turned out to be so disappointing. What's worse is the company seems uninterested in helping resolve the problem.UPDATE: After a third attempt to contact the company, I got a quick response saying they hadn't received my previous emails. They immediately sent me a new wheel.
