Worth the money
For the money can’t go wrong brought for a Mercedes sprinter 2016. Fits perfect to dash as old unit did same fitting. All the plugs are plug and play. Took me around 15 minutes to fit. All steering wheel controls still work perfect to

Value for the money.
Radio quality is good but harness that came with it has loose connection so waiting to hear back about replacement - it causes drop in sound in one of the speakers. Pretty easy to install and with correct harness and canbus it’s pretty much plug and play for everything you got from reversing camera to additional amp and speakers and steering wheel control. A little faff to start with but Looks pretty sweet in 2016 sprinter but make sure you get external dab antenna for quality signal as the one that is supplied with tuner is not great. So far I like it just need to figure out settings for video as keep getting message that I can’t play while driving even when parked up…

Had to trim to fit. Only steering wheel button that works (worked) was the volume. Total junk
The media could not be loaded. At first, it appeared quite good though it didn’t really fit. Some of the forum suggested trimming it so I did then the fun started. The steering wheel button that did work was volume. The colour info button or icon on the screen says “Car not Support”The home screen reset to kilometres per hour every time you restart. Now, it has slowed down so much that it is unusable. It may not fit in the car, but it will fit in the bin!

Excellent
Having tried another Android 12 head unit that wouldn’t link with my factory reverse camera. This head unit was so easy to install and straight off it linked to my Mercedes factory reverse camera. This is important as it’s a long wheel base Mercedes sprinter.I would strongly recommend this audio head unit and this seller.

It’s ok but really slow
Easy to install , good feel to it and looks good but boot up , maps and apps really very very slow , painfully slow !!! Apple CarPlay works really well but that’s about it, bought the dab adaptor as I drive long distance but sort more time to empty space and frazzled signal so don’t bother , value wise it’s ok

Best radio I've had
Definitely best radio I've had works quickly, sound quality is very good for this money I couldn't buy anything else, even more expensive radios work worse than this,Can recommend

Overall good for the money, with a couple of caveats..
We're generally quite happy with this purchase. Can't grumble for the price. It has really helped modernise the front of the van at a good price and has all the functionality you'd want or expect. It really has transformed driving in terms of being able to use android auto, have access to much better quality music/audio etc. We had the very basic factory radio before, without even DAB, so it feels like a big upgrade. It's a more 'open' version of android, as opposed to a factory installed one you might get. That means you can essentially use it like you would a tablet, with access to the app store, any apps you want, whilst it still integrates well with the van. The steering wheel media controls work, and it even pops up on the screen to tell you if a door was left open, and which door it is! We don't have a reversing camera, but it looks like it should work with one straight out of the box.It was relatively easy to install, pretty much just plug and play. Came with adapters and such, which fitted our 2016 Mercedes Sprinter perfectly. Didn't need to purchase anything extra. It's not going to win any awards for speed, but it runs fast enough for the price. I'm really into tech, and like my tech to run smooth, but it's adequate, no significant lag. We uninstalled any apps we weren't going to use, to try and get rid of any bloat.I did consider getting the additional USB DAB and an antenna with it but as it's primarily used with Android Auto, we can use the internet from the phone that's connected for radio through apps such as TuneIn, and we have our music apps as well. In additional, it has all Wi-Fi & Bluetooth functionality, so it can connect to your phones' hotspot etc.A couple of negatives...In hot weather, it gets really hot, worryingly so. I's not so hot it's going to burn your fingers from touching it, but being an electronic device, it is a little concerning that it gets so hot. It feels like it could cause damage to itself, or certainly shorten it's lifespan. It would really benefit from having a fan on the back like some of the more expensive models do. A small fan could definitely be wired in, something I may look at in the future. The screen scratches very easily! I left the protective cover on whilst installing it, to keep it as safe as possible, but a day or so after taking it off, it had already managed to gather some scratches from somewhere. Might be a good idea to use a screen protector. The screen is also a little shiny and would benefit from being more matte. In bright sun, exacerbated by some type of coatings on sunglasses, it can be quite difficult to see.I will also mention, it did manage to blow the 20amp radio fuse in its 3rd week of use. Not sure how, we turned the van on and screen wasn't coming on, replaced fuse and it was working again. Hopefully not something that will happen regularly!Overall, even with the few niggles, it ticks a lot of the boxes at a very reasonable price. Can't comment on longevity and reliability as we've only had it for 6 or so weeks, but hopefully it will last.
