Display speed not correct
Specs not as per description. Display speed is only 60Hz on the lap top Display and 75Hz on the free monitor.

Item was used or refurbished - not worth to buy such electronics item from online at all
Received laptop was used or refurbished not as new, its lable fed up in a week time and now mousepad doesn't work at all, that I came to know only once I removed external keyboard.Supplier has charged me for new but provided used/refurbished. And since return window is close so money has gone for no reason. If I would have bought it from any electronics shop so I could have opened it there only and could have seen it, but here we received it in the box and while it was delivered so may it was cleaned and packed accordingly then sent it to us. There should be cleared return on such cases as our earnings are not for such things. If we are paying for thing we should it get it accordingly.

battery timing is zero%
I purchased laptop from amazon before 5 month at 4200 dh but Acer gaming laptop core i7 has serious issue with battery timing . it work just one hour after full charging , I'm very disappointed
