pre shave oil is the MVP of the bunch really makes a night and day difference. the lather is pretty standard lather. the aftershave has a really nice smell to it I really like. The razor has a solid feel to it and has given me the smoothest shave of my life. Definitely will be ordering more of the oil

My rank in terms of what I liked in the set. The aftershave was a mix between aftershave lotion and balm with a liquid consistency that smelled great. Lather was similar to others but did foam up easier, razor was pretty standard nothing fancy and oil wasn’t sticky or so thick it wouldn’t rub off the face.

A great package for starting in wet shaving. I find that the pre shave oil works better for my needs but will use the lather when I run out of the oil. Easily 1 year’s supply of shaving for $75 which I think is a great deal. No more worrying about my shaving kit.

Easily one of the best gifts I have ever received! Shaving related products are one of those things you hate to spend your own money on but would make just the perfect gift. My favorite is the shaving oil it works like magic on my hair loosens up all the bristles, etc.

truly do not need anything else now for a long time. received this as a gift it was very thoughtful and everything in it has been extremely useful. i am satisfied but not sure id buy this for myself unless i was receiving it as a gift

Perfect beginners kit has everything you need in 1 bundle. The pre shave oil is nice but the real star of the show is the after shave lotion. I have sensitive skin that dries out easily but first aftershave I used that didn’t give me any trouble.

Will never use another handle or blade other than a straight razor. I’ve been able to get a level of shave I never had before. i think its easier to shave with a straight razor than a normal multiblade razor just my opinion. Love it!!
