I have had these headphones since Prime day and have been very pleased. The headphones are tuned well straight out of the box but can be custom tuned using the app. The app is required to access the more advanced features of the ear buds like the equalizer and the advanced capacitive touch features on the earbuds themselves. The sound quality is very good, good clear base, midrange and treble. The earbuds do get fairly loud but real base lovers will want to get a more base focused pair of phones. The earbuds do not have active noise cancellation, only passive noise cancellation however, if you chose the right eartips and wings they are very good at blocking most outside noise. There is a monitor mode which allows you to hear more outside noise using the advanced features of the app but it is not good and has a very audible hissing sound. The battery life on the buds is good, i have been getting about 6 to 7 hours of continuous usage and the buds will take about an hour to recharge in the case. The case itself is small and easy to pocket. The case holds 3 charges of the buds and can be recharged by the supplied usb a to usb c cable. The bud fit well in the ear and with the right tips and wings will not fall out due to heavy movement though in my ears the best fit tends to move the wings from the top of the earbud to the side of the earbud so adjustment of the wings is needed when fitting the buds back into the case in order for the lid to close and for the buds to charge. All in all after a couple of months of continuous usage I am very pleased with the performance of this product and have recommended them to many people who are looking for a good pair of buds at an affordable price point. I have yet to try a pair of active noise cancelling earbuds like the Sanhiesers, B&O or Sony's and would like to upgrade to that at some point, but until then the Fiil T1 xs will do fine. I would say these are audiophile quality at peasant prices.Update1: The right earbud has gone to half volume, tried to re set and re sync to no avail. Talked to support from the vip scan code found in the box, very responsive customer support, said they would send a replacement as it was an Amazon purchase as soon as the manager approved it. I will update again when I hear back from them.

Great sound quality. Good battery life in the right ear bud, left one dies in about half the time as the right one. Right bud microphones don't work at all and sometimes neither work for taking phone calls. Only left one picks up sound for the "monitoring" of ambient sounds. Good noise canceling. Hard to give it 2 stars with how good the sound quality is, but too many other issues... maybe the vendor will contact me after this post and make it right. If they do I will update the review.*****UPDATE*****They did ship me a replacement after I contacted Amazon. Amazon was great and set me up with them. Pretty easy process. Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars as it is still frustrating that I had to go through the process at all. New pair works well, only issue is now the app won't connect to the new pair even though though I deleted and reinstalled the app to pair with the new pair of earbuds.

These are solid all around earbuds. They are comfortable, and have all kinds of options to make the fit just right. Sound quality wise they are well balanced, the app lets you try different preset EQ settings. There is also a customizing option for the EQ for your personal taste. The app has a lot of cool features, it shows you the battery life, also how many recharging cycles you have left, set the sensitivity of the touch controls and others. The case is very nice. I don't like the flimsy lid (That's whatever though IMO) I have the MPOW 30 which I love, but these punch a little more than those. Solid earbuds for this price range.

These have wings that allow them to stay firmly in your ears. The sound quality and the associated app are excellent. Phone use works well and I like the noise cancelling and the choice to turn that off for ambient listening. When used on phone calls, I've been told the quality is great and just like I am speaking into the phone. 100% happy.

Great battery life compared to previous true wireless earbuds. Synchronization between earbuds works well and connection to phone is usually pretty fast once I open the case and pull them out. Volume is ok, but I wouldn’t consider them particularly loud. The overall sound is pretty clean as others have stated. The bad part is that if you drop them or temporarily put them in your pocket, they will crack like the photos show. I have had many other wireless earbuds and these are the most fragile ones I’ve ever used. Another problem is that the rubbery grey ear holder gets lose after some time and it slips making the LED hard to see and difficult to return the the case so that it charges. They would earn a 4.5 stars if they were more durable, didn’t let the sleeve slip around and had more predictable responses from the touch to pause/play/skip.I’m just not sure how long these will last at the current rate. They are just 4-5 months old. Warranty period is up and no returns available. Really bad guarantee/warranty period for a product that was supposed to be a better company. Cracking and chipping around the case plus the other faults give these 2-2.5 ⭐️⭐️‘S.Update: after 1.5 years, the left ear bud is at about 50% volume. I have issues with the left and right side not syncing up well together. If I turn my head or move the location of the phone suddenly, the audio will get wonky until it boosts the Bluetooth output strength. Battery life is still fairly good and I don’t ever run out of battery while on a flight. I’ll still keep my 2 star rating, but I had hoped that these would have better durability over time. Looking for their next replacement.
