Good Oil
It’s a decent olive oil. To me it was described as it tastes. It’s def for an acquired taste. There is a strong taste of grass and artichoke. I tried it on carpaccio and it tasted very good. I read somewhere that this particular olive oil has a lot of polyphenols 700. I hope it’s true. Shipping was very fast. All came very well packaged.
